About The PREPaRE Training Curriculum 
The PREPaRE curriculum has been developed by the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP) as part of NASP’s decade-long leadership in providing evidence-based resources and consultation related to school crisis prevention and response. PREPaRE training is ideal for schools committed to improving and strengthening their school safety and crisis management plans and emergency response.

The PREPaRE training curriculum includes two core workshops:

Workshop 1 - Crisis Prevention and Preparedness: Comprehensive School Safety Planning (June 26, 2014 8am-4pm)
-Provides a broad overview of the school safety and crisis team's roles and responsibilities, with a special emphasis on crisis prevention and preparedness.
***Abierto para psicólogos/as, administradores/as, consejeros/as, orientadores, trabajadores sociales y enfermeros/as escolares***

Taller libre de costo para miembros de la APEP y/o la NASP (no incluye materiales)
Taller no-miembro:  $30.00
(no incluye materiales)
Costo de Materiales: $35.00 (REQUERIDO para todos/as los/as participantes del Workshop 1)
INCLUYE 6.5 CRÉDITOS DE EDUCACIÓN CONTINUA
 
 
Workshop 2 - Crisis Intervention and Recovery: The Roles of School-Based Mental Health Professionals (2-day workshop: June 27 & 28, 2014; 8am-4pm)
-Provides a specific examination of the school-based mental health professionals' roles and responsibilities, with a special emphasis on crisis intervention and recovery.

Taller libre de costo para miembros de la APEP y/o la NASP (no incluye materiales)
Costo de Materiales: $45.00 (REQUERIDO para todos/as los/as participantes del Workshop 2)
Taller de dos días de duración
